MosBuild is the largest and most significant exhibition of the construction sector in the territory of Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States and attracts over a hundred thousand visitors annually from around the world together with 1500 exhibitors.

Over the 4 days of the show we met with more than 120 customers and clients from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan and many other CIS nations and discussed their individual needs for steel structures and the latest products that we offer.

This event was excellent; we could expand our presence in the Russian marketplace, find new, potential partners and also show that we offer high quality and low cost steel structure solutions worldwide to our clients.

The reason that Russian and CIS customers were so overwhelmingly interested in this product is because the product was created to meet the unique climate and building requirements of these countries.

1. Perfect Thermal Insulation for Russia’s Long, Harsh Winters

Russia has one of the coldest climates in the world, with winter temperatures dropping to -30°C to -40°C in most regions, and lasting up to 6-8 months a year.

• The 100mm thick core of rock wool in our building provides an R-value (thermal resistance) of 2.63 m²K/W, which is the exact minimum performance required to meet the energy efficiency codes for steel industrial structure buildings in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and virtually all of the European portion of Russia.
• It maintains the indoor temperature stable and is able to lower your heating cost by up to 40% compared to thinner panels, as well as eliminates condensation from occurring on interior walls

2.PU Edge Sealing Solves the Biggest Pain Point of Traditional Rock Wool Panels in High Humidity

Rock wool panels traditionally had one fatal flaw because of Russia’s climate because they readily absorb water from wet snow and rain, as well as from melting ice (because of its melting) and once wet, rock wool panels are estimated to lose approximately 70% of their thermal value. In addition, wet rock wool panels can create corrosion problems for the steel structure underneath them.

• Our exclusive PU edge sealing technology creates a 100% closed, waterproof barrier at all panel joints
• It completely prevents water vapor and snowmelt from penetrating into the rock wool core, even during the spring thaw season when humidity is extremely high
• This extends the service life of the panel and your structure steel building by at least 10 years

3. Excellent Resistance to Extreme Temperature Fluctuations

Russia experiences dramatic temperature changes, with daily temperature differences often exceeding 20°C, and seasonal differences of up to 80°C.

• The PU edge has excellent elasticity and adhesion, which can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the steel sheets without cracking or peeling
• It maintains a perfect airtight seal even after hundreds of freeze-thaw cycles, which is critical for energy efficiency in Russian climate

4. Meets Russia’s Strict Fire Safety Regulations

Russian building codes require A1 class non-combustible materials for all industrial structure steel buildings, warehouses and public facilities.

• Unlike pure PU sandwich panels (which only have B1 fire rating and are banned in many industrial applications), our panel retains the A1 non-combustible rating of rock wool
• The PU edge is only used for sealing and does not affect the overall fire performance of the panel, making it fully compliant with all local fire safety standards

This is why over 60% of the clients who visited our booth at MosBuild 2026 specifically inquired about this product, and we received 12 direct orders for it during the exhibition.

Why Our Custom Steel Structure Factory Buildings Are Highly Sought After in Russia & CIS

Another of our prefabricated steel buildings products was a major hit at MosBuild 2026. They have been designed from scratch to provide solutions for the construction problems of the Russian Climat and Russian Market.

1. Engineered for Extreme Snow Loads in Long Winter Seasons

For six to eight months of the year, the majority of the areas in Russia experience heavy snowfall, where the snow weighed at approximately between 50 kg/m² and 100 kg/m², with Siberia and the Far East of Russia experience up to 150 Kg/m². This much weight from traditional light steel structures creates a lot of collapse. Activities focused on implementing modern solutions to improve the capacity of light structures and to protect them against damage.

• All our steel structure buildings are designed according to Russian GOST standards, with a minimum snow load capacity of 100kg/m² (customizable up to 200kg/m² for heavy snow regions)
• We use optimized roof slopes (15-20 degrees) and reinforced purlin systems to promote natural snow shedding, eliminating the need for manual snow removal and reducing maintenance costs
• All main steel frames are made of Q355B low-temperature resistant steel, which maintains full structural strength even at -40°C

2. Ultra-Fast Installation to Beat the Short Construction Window

Due to a very short construction season in Russia of only 4 to 5 months (May through September) where it is possible to build outdoors, any construction that is not finished before winter will be on hold for 6 to 8 months.

• Our steel structure components are 100% prefabricated in our factory and delivered to site ready for bolted assembly
• A 5,000m² standard steel warehouse can be fully erected in just 30-45 days, which is 3-4 times faster than traditional concrete construction
• This allows our clients to start their operations before winter arrives, avoiding costly delays and lost revenue

3. Resistant to Severe Temperature Fluctuations and Frost Heave

In russia, there is extreme variation in temperature from season to season and there are temperatures that can change by over 80 degrees Celsius between different seasons. Sixty-five percent (65%) of the land area of Russia is covered by permafrost that is many meters deep.

• Our steel frame design incorporates expansion joints and flexible connections to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction without structural damage
• We provide specialized foundation designs for permafrost regions, using pile foundations and frost-resistant materials to prevent frost heave and settlement
• All connections are galvanized and sealed to prevent corrosion from melting snow and ice, ensuring a 50+ year service life

4. Customizable for Diverse Russian Industrial Needs

There is a significant need for industrial buildings in Russia, such as warehouses, logistics centres, manufacturing plants, agricultural buildings and cold storage centres.

• We offer fully customizable steel structure solutions with spans from 10m to 60m, clear heights from 4m to 20m, and crane capacities up to 50 tons
• Our buildings can be seamlessly integrated with our PU edge-sealed rock wool panels, PU panels and other enclosure systems to create a complete turnkey solution
• We also provide full technical support, including foundation drawings, installation guides and on-site supervision, even in remote regions of Siberia and Central Asia

Combining climate-specific design, speed of construction and complete personalization resulted in 8 new steel structure project requests at MosBuild 2026 and three of them are currently being quoted upon.
