Project Review & Engineering Coordination
Bingfa reviews project drawings, dimensions, structural arrangement, design basis, material requirements and interface conditions before fabrication begins. Engineering coordination ensures that the structural solution aligns with the confirmed project requirements and applicable design criteria. Code and design requirements depend on the specific project location and should be confirmed during the review stage. The engineering approach is coordinated according to the confirmed project drawings, specifications and applicable design basis.
Shop Drawings & Detailing
Shop drawings and detailing translate the project requirements into fabrication information. Member identification, connection details and fabrication information are prepared to support production and site assembly. Detailing is coordinated before production to align with the project scope and approved drawings. The level of detailing depends on the confirmed project requirements and supply scope.
Steel Structure Fabrication
Bingfa fabricates columns, beams and rafters, bracing, secondary members where applicable, and project-specific components. With a steel structure production capacity of 8,000 tons per month across two processing plants, we coordinate fabrication planning according to the confirmed project schedule and delivery requirements. Fabrication follows the approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Quality Control & Traceability
Production checks include member identification, dimensions, hole locations, welding and surface and coating checks according to order requirements. Pre-shipment inspection is coordinated to verify that components match the project drawings and specifications. Components are identified and documented to support traceability from fabrication through to site assembly. The specific inspection scope depends on the project requirements and confirmed supply scope.
Packing & Container Loading
Members are identified and grouped to support organized packing and efficient unloading. Steel transport frames and racks are used where appropriate, and protection during handling is planned to reduce the risk of transport damage. Loading is planned to support organized container transport and easier identification at the destination. Packing arrangements are confirmed according to the project scope and delivery requirements.
Export Support & Installation Guidance
Bingfa coordinates export documentation, packing lists and shipment preparation. Erection drawings, connection information and technical clarification are provided to support site assembly according to the confirmed project scope. Any on-site technical assistance must be confirmed separately according to the project location and scope. Installation responsibility should be clearly defined in the project agreement.
