Depending on the confirmed supply scope, we can also coordinate related roof and wall systems. Sandwich panels are available as a supporting product line when included in the project scope. Each building is fabricated according to the confirmed drawings, specifications and project requirements, not from a fixed standard model.

Production
Steel Structure Fabrication
Fabrication covers columns, rafters and beams, bracing, secondary members where applicable, and project-specific components. Components are fabricated according to the approved shop drawings and project specifications. Bingfa operates two processing plants with a steel structure production capacity of 8,000 tons per month, with fabrication planning coordinated according to the confirmed project schedule and delivery requirements.

Quality Control and Traceability
Quality control includes member identification, dimensional checks, hole location checks, welding checks, and coating and surface checks according to order requirements. Pre-shipment inspection is coordinated to verify that components match the project drawings and specifications. Components are identified and documented to support traceability from fabrication through to site assembly. The specific inspection scope depends on the project requirements and confirmed supply scope. Quality documentation can be prepared according to the agreed project requirements.

Packing and Export Preparation
Packing and export preparation include member grouping, identification, steel transport frames where appropriate, packing lists, loading preparation and container coordination. Components are organized to support easier identification at the destination, and packing arrangements are confirmed according to the project scope and delivery requirements. Protection measures are coordinated according to the agreed packing scope and handling requirements.
