EPS Roof Sandwich Panel
EPS Roof Sandwich Panels for Steel Buildings
1、Bingfa Steel Structures offers low-cost EPS roof sandwich panels for all types of steel warehouses and workshops as well as other types of prefabricated buildings and commercial structures or industrial projects. With two color-coated steel sheets on the outside and an EPS insulation core in the center of an EPS sandwich roof panel, they provide a lightweight roofing structure with good thermal insulation, quick installation as well as being cost-effective while having good performance.
2、For steel building roof systems, EPS roof panels are designed to reduce the overall weight of the roof and improve construction processes. They also provide an insulated roofing solution that is reliable at a competitive cost.

Key Advantages of EPS Roof Sandwich Panels
1.Cost-Effective Roofing Solution
EPS roof sandwich panels are an economical choice for warehouses, workshops, prefab buildings, and general steel structure roofing projects.
2.Lightweight and Easy to Install
The lightweight EPS core reduces roof load and makes transportation, lifting, and installation faster and easier.
3.Good Thermal Insulation
The EPS insulation core helps reduce heat transfer through the roof system and improves indoor comfort for steel buildings.
4.Practical Roof Panel Design
Profiled roof panels with overlapping joints help improve drainage performance and roof covering efficiency when installed with proper fasteners and sealing accessories.
5.Custom Size and Color Options
Panel length, thickness, steel sheet thickness, surface color, and roof profile can be customized according to your building design.
Where Can EPS Roof Sandwich Panels Be Used?
Our EPS sandwich roof panels are widely used in:
- Steel warehouse roofing
- Steel workshop roofing
- Prefab building roof systems
- Industrial building roofs
- Commercial steel buildings
- Agricultural steel buildings
- Temporary buildings
- Storage facilities
- Factory roof projects
For projects that require basic insulation, fast installation, and controlled construction cost, EPS roof sandwich panels are a practical roofing material choice.
EPS Roof Panel Structure
An EPS roof sandwich panel usually consists of:
- Upper color-coated steel sheet
- EPS insulation core
- Lower color-coated steel sheet
- Roof panel profile for drainage
- Overlap joint for roof installation
The panel has two properties combined: the strength of a metal sheet and insulation properties provided by expand polystyrene foam. This makes the panel an appropriate material for lightweight steel building roof systems.
Why Choose EPS Roof Sandwich Panels?
EPS roof sandwich panels offer cost control, insulation, and rapid construction for the large majority of customers. EPS roof panels provide better insulation than single color steel sheets but are much more cost competitive than higher grade insulation panels. This makes EPS a good alternative when an economical roof is the goal of the project.
They work well in particular for steel warehouse structures, workshops, storage facilities and prefabricated buildings where the conditions include money (budget), install time (speed) and some (basic) insulation.

Sandwich Panel Production Process
Our sandwich panel production process is carefully controlled to ensure accurate dimensions, strong bonding, and consistent panel quality.

Steel Coil Uncoiling
Color-coated steel coils are loaded onto the uncoiling machine, leveled, and continuously fed into the production line. Protective film may also be applied to reduce scratches and surface damage.

Steel Sheet Roll Forming
The upper and lower steel sheets pass through roll-forming equipment to create the required panel profile, surface pattern, and edge shape.

Core Material Feeding
Rock wool or other insulation core materials are transported into the production line according to the required panel thickness and specification. The core is positioned carefully to maintain consistent panel structure.

Adhesive Application & Edge Sealing
Adhesive is applied evenly between the metal sheets and insulation core to create a stable bond. Panel edges may also be formed or sealed according to the selected joint design.

Double-Belt Pressing & Automatic Cutting
The metal sheets and core material pass through the double-belt pressing system, where they are continuously bonded and formed. The finished panels are then automatically cut to the required project length.

Finished Panel Stacking & Packaging
The completed panels are inspected, stacked, labeled, and packed with protective materials. Proper packaging helps protect panel surfaces and edges during storage, container loading, and delivery.
